L’ Abhyanga induit un travail énergétique essentiellement au niveau des CHAKRAS / DOSHAS

Energetic approach

The CHAKRAS are energy centres located along the spinal column. There are 7 of them, associated with the most important Marma points that receive the energy supplied by these same chakras.

The Marma points correspond to the Doshas. They are located in precise places, at the junction of muscles, veins, arteries, tendons and bones. This is where Vata Pitta Kapha meet.

These are very sensitive points, numbering 107 (including 12 on the head, heart and bladder, which are very important and vulnerable).

The chakras have an influence on our physical, physiological, spiritual and emotional existence; they harmonise the doshas (Vata Pitta Kapha).

THE DOSHAS or vital energies represent the combination (called Prakriti) of the elements specific to each person.

In the West, scientists have recognised that the chakras correspond to the pathways of the brain and the immune system.

Western alternative medicine offers a number of techniques for “reactivating” the chakras and thus boosting energy.

The Abhyanga technique restores clarity to the powerful energy centres that are the chakras. Its action is profound and long-lasting.

We all have the power of self-healing within us.

Ayurveda uses various tools to help us rediscover this forgotten strength.
