Philosophy

Ayurveda does not advocate religion or dogma. In this text, the term God or soul can be replaced by the inner self, the heart, the Love of truth, the deepest being, etc….

And join the idea of self-awakening, the search for truth, awareness and acceptance.

And also hear the message of highlighting the awakening of the being. In other words, the experience of Light, of harmony, of unity, of the whole.

This is how suffering and illness give way to the happiness of balance and harmony in all things, on the road to lasting physical and mental health.

Ayurveda is this Art of living.

Ayurveda is like a thread that binds us to the Universe, it is the rhythm of the heart throughout life.

The word ayurveda is a Sanskrit term meaning “science of life” or “knowledge of life”.

AYUR = LIFE and VEDA = KNOWLEDGE

The Rishis, the great sages who were taught Ayurveda through introspection and meditation, knew that this medicine was for everyone.

A holistic system of medicine, a science of life and healing in India, practised for over five thousand years, Ayurveda teaches that human beings are microcosms, children of the macrocosm.

The five fundamental elements present in the universe are also present within each individual.

The basic concept of Ayurveda is that everyone has the capacity to heal themselves.

S’
Based on the fact that a good balance of all the energies of the body considerably reduces the processes of physical deterioration and disease.

An Indian proverb says that as Ayurveda has been divinely transmitted, it should be practised with compassion and nobility, not greed and selfishness.

KARMA

Karma, or the law of reciprocity, or action and the consequence of action, or the law of cause and effect.

“Karma is the eternal affirmation of human freedom… Our thoughts, words and deeds are the strings of the net we cast around ourselves.”

Swami VIvekananda

Who hasn’t heard the expression “we reap what we sow”? This implies a conscious choice. So if we choose to bring happiness into our lives, let’s sow the seeds of happiness! Let’s be conscious, let’s choose!

Because whether the choice is conscious or unconscious, the consequences will follow.

It’s easy to experience this on a daily basis. And how conditioned we are! We often react by taking a decision on this or that before even trying to understand and ‘measure’ the consequences.

When we decide to work with presence and awareness, wisdom manifests itself not only for ourselves but also for others.

As Deepak Chopra says and explains so well, “only the heart knows the right answer” in his epilogue on the law of Karma.
